Mark Eskew: The Rock-n-Roll Side of Me

I've been entertaining crowds since i was six years old.  My mother is a singer and I grew up on music so it's no wonder I have acquired the same desire to perform.

Barely bigger than my guitar, I first sang Jailhouse Rock for an elementary school talent show at the age of seven. The excitement of that crowd left an indelible impression on me.  From my first concert in the second grade I knew I wanted to be an entertainer.  That desire has taken me from that elementary school classroom to stages all across the USA.  I've performed for people such as President George W. Bush during his Atlanta campaign, Bill Gates and Microsoft, The Coca-Cola company, the Georgia Tech Presidential dinner, WSB channel 2's Choice for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Campaign, and the only performer to play at the Gala Event honoring Bernie Marcus - philanthropist and founder of The Home Depot, and many others.

In 2004, I won first place in the "Tribute to the King" contest in Biloxi Mississippi at the Isle of Capri Casino. I perform with my full live band of talented musicians and singers - Promised Land & The Heartbreak Band. No matter where I perform people always say the same thing, "watching your show is like seeing the King himself.  I'm not sure about that part but it sure is a great feeling to know that I can move people to feel that way.

I cover Elvis songs from the movies, the 50's, and the Vegas years "the awesome 70's".  I try to put great detail in every move and mannerism as well as period - perfect costume changes.  It is my hope that I pay an awesome and memorable tribute to Elvis Presley.  My show "Reflections of Elvis" is first class entertainment second to none.  TCB
